Pre-production testing is essential in the further development process of (new) products. There are too many interests involved to fail on product modifications and/or renewals. Our professionals within the Test- and Innovation Center are well aware of that and will do their utmost to meet your expectations. However, this is only possible if there is an up-to-date equipped testing facility available. The Test- and Innovation Center has very few technical limitations. Within the production facilities of Tromp Bakery Equipment a lot of adjustments can be accommodated during the testing period. We can carry out and facilitate practically everything to assist you in innovation and subsequently in manufacturing the final product.

Possibillities

A lot is possible during your testing process. On the main production line we can for instance:

  • make danish pastry dough
  • produce puff pastry and other laminated doughs
  • process stress free doughs
  • produce croissants
  • make various types of pizzas. 

Apart from that there are multiple possibilities to test meringue, cream puffs and Viennese swirls on the available machines and equipment.

From mixing the recipes up till the final baking. The Test- and Innovation Center has a wide range of machines and equipment. Our professionals will be most glad to assist you!
